• We never sell or share your personal reflections with third parties

AI & Your Privacy

• Your journal text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate spiritual guidance
• We do not store AI conversations beyond your saved entries
• AI responses are cached briefly to improve performance
• You can delete all your data at any time from the app settings

Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest
• All data transfers use secure HTTPS connections
• Sessions expire automatically for your protection

Your Rights

• Export all your data anytime from the app's Settings page
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently
• Update or correct your personal information
• Opt out by discontinuing use of the app
