Sentry, PostHog, and optionally LangSmith may process limited crash, product-usage, performance, or redacted diagnostic metadata when those tools are enabled

People may choose to write about personal, emotional, health, addiction, relationship, or faith-related topics
blssdAdvice is for spiritual reflection and journaling, not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, or professional counseling
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or if there is an emergency, call local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away
Avoid entering information you do not want processed by the app or its service providers
Data is stored in secure hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest where supported
Sessions expire automatically to protect your account
Admin tools are intended for account support, reliability, payments, abuse prevention, and deletion workflows, not casual reading of private journal content
After account deletion, a short-lived hashed quota record may remain for up to 30 days to slow down abuse
Operational analytics records are scheduled for deletion after no more than 365 days; providers may have their own shorter or legally required retention periods
